The good old tradition lives on! Here are the pumpkins we carved for Halloween. The larger one is made by me and the little one by Renée. We of course brought them to the pumpkin parade, where, this year, had over 1100 participants. My favourite was a sculpture of an alligator, with one big pumpkin for the head and little ones in the tail!
Small note for my fellow Harry Potter fans (maniacs according to Yaryna): only two weeks left before the last movie comes out!!!!!!!!!!

Most fabulous pumpkins! Halloween here was quite something at school. I wold say that at least 70% of the student population dress up and many, many of the teachers.
Not me this year. We were hosting a debate at school and had some important guests coming. It was funny to hear them say things like, "the question from Smurfette..." while the answered the students queries.
I wasn't dressed up at school either, because my costume was not finished.
Incidentally, Harry Potter 7 part 1 was really excellent! They really followed the story, and it was way, way better than the 6th. I will be looking forward to seeing the last one with you guys in July!!!
