We have, as every year, been to the Shack for some well-deserved rest and swimming. This year I was lucky enough to capture a deer on camera! We also spotted a beaver and our good friend Platypus the snapping turtle!

What a rare sighting... Deedle is reading.... and to get it on camera. Incredible. Nice hammock.
That's a pretty good shot of the deer. I have too many photos of black blurs on green backgrounds of various animals I have tried to capture. Monkey? Moose? Bird? Smudge on lens? Who knows.
